"Thomas was our lisiting agent for our first home and he was overall excellent by pointing out any imporovements with the house and giving us really helpful hints. By doing an overall comparison of the neighbourhood vs only looking at our street helped us set the perfect listing price.

As far as putting our interests first, the positives far outdid the negatives. Tom provided us with an outstanding buyers workshop and helped us to be first time buyers. It made it a painless transition into homeownership. The buyer planning session provided everything to arm us with the right mindset to set a goal and save up to be fist time buyers including the GDS and TDS calculations.
